Accessibility & Disability Accommodations

BAMA Institute is committed to providing equal access to education for students with disabilities. We comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Students with documented disabilities may request reasonable accommodations that support full participation in academic programs and campus activities. Accommodation requests are reviewed on an individual, case-by-case basis through an interactive process that considers the student’s functional limitations and the essential requirements of the program.

How to Request Accommodations

Students seeking accommodations should submit a request and supporting documentation to the Student Affairs department, studentaffairs@bamasf.com, as early as possible. Once a request is received, the school will engage in an interactive process with the student and provide a written determination.

Approved accommodations are implemented promptly and shared with relevant instructional staff on a need-to-know basis. Disability-related information is kept confidential.

Questions, Appeals, or Concerns

Students who have questions about accommodations, wish to request a review of a decision, or believe they have experienced discrimination may use the school’s grievance process. Information about how to file a grievance is available upon request and in the Student Handbook.
